Oh My Registry is do-it-yourself corporate records software — a records and workflow platform for professionals and the companies they look after. It computes each company's deadlines, keeps the statutory registers, drafts the routine instruments, collects the signatures, and compiles the minute book.

What we are not

• –Not a law firm — it gives no legal advice and drafts no instrument that needs legal judgment.
• –Not a corporate registry — filings with a government registry are yours to make; the software keeps the proof.
• –Not advice — using it creates no professional relationship. You stay in charge of the record — and, if you're a professional, you remain the professional on the file.

Why we built it

• –Records are evidence — a bank, CRA or a buyer's lawyer will ask for them, and a record kept all year beats a record reconstructed.
• –AI proposes, people approve — assistance is optional, and nothing it produces is ever finalized automatically.
• –Your data belongs to you — registers, documents and minute books export at any time.

Built-in deadline rules for federal, BC, Alberta and Ontario companies. Companies from other provinces or outside Canada can be kept on the record.
