Who it's for
From one company to your whole book.
Same product, same records, same price per company — whoever you are.
Accountants & bookkeepers
For firms that prepare the T2s and T5s — and leave the corporate records unbilled.
You already prepare the T2 and the T5s. The annual return, the dividend resolution and the minute book update sit next to that work — unbilled because there was no clean way to track them.
A week with Oh My Registry
- 1.Monday — the work board lists every client's annual return, T2 and balance-due date, computed from each company's own dates.
- 2.Assign the dividend resolution to a staff member; its checklist step waits on the client's backup documents.
- 3.Draft the annual resolutions from the template — filled from the register — and send them for e-signature.
- 4.Mark the return filed with the registry confirmation number; the receipt attaches to the work item.
- 5.Friday — compile the client's minute book in one click, and invoice the work from your own price list.

Worked example
A 40-client book costs $300 a year — the Up to 30 band plus 10 additional companies ($25/mo, billed $300/year). Typical billings for the same work: $8,760 – $24,320 a year — about 55× the cost.
Can I bill this work to my clients?
Yes — that's the point. Quotes and invoices come from your own price list, on your letterhead, tied to the work item that produced them.
Do my clients pay for Oh My Registry?
No. Your clients pay nothing — their portal, their signatures and their document uploads are included in your subscription.
Does it file the annual return for me?
It computes the deadline, tracks the work, and records the filing with its confirmation number and receipt. Filing with the registry is still yours — the software keeps the proof.
Consultants & corporate service providers
For the people clients hand the minute book to.
Your clients expect the registers to be current the day they ask — and a bank, a CRA review or a buyer's lawyer expects paper it can accept, not a folder of scans.
A week with Oh My Registry
- 1.Monday — a client's bank wants the CSR by Friday for a refinancing. The securities register is already current.
- 2.Record the share transfer — the ledger takes a new entry; the old one is never rewritten.
- 3.Enter the new officer's appointment; the audit trail records who changed the register and when.
- 4.Generate the CSR extract — dated, produced from the register — and send it to the bank.
- 5.The client checks their own registers in their portal — never your other clients'.

Worked example
A 120-client book costs $549 a year — the Up to 250 band ($45.75/mo, billed $549/year).
Does it keep the ISC register?
Yes — the individuals-with-significant-control register is one of the statutory registers the record keeps, alongside securities, directors and officers.
Can each client see their own records?
Yes — every client can get a portal scoped to their own companies: their registers, resolutions and documents, never another client's.
Is the CSR extract something a bank will accept?
It's generated from the register itself, dated, with the entry history behind it — far better than a hand-edited spreadsheet. What a given bank accepts is the bank's call.
Multi-company owners
For owners running a holdco, an opco, a property company — sometimes a trust.
Every company has its own deadlines, registers and resolutions, and the penalties for a missed annual return don't care that the others were on time.
A week with Oh My Registry
- 1.Monday — the work board shows which of your companies are due this month.
- 2.The ownership map shows who owns what through every layer, drawn from the registers.
- 3.Draft the inter-company dividend resolution and sign it yourself, on your phone.
- 4.Compile the minute book for the lender who asked — one click, bookmarked.
- 5.Your accountant gets a complete record at year-end — no shoebox.

Worked example
Four companies cost $45 a year — the 1-company band plus 3 additional companies ($3.75/mo, billed $45/year).
I'm not an accountant — can I still run this?
Yes — it's do-it-yourself software. The deadlines are computed, the templates fill from your record, and anything that needs legal judgment stops at a fact brief for your lawyer.
Can my accountant see the record?
Yes — invite them in as a member of your workspace and they work in the same record you do, instead of rebuilding it at year-end.
What does it not do?
It is not a law firm or a registry and gives no legal, tax or accounting advice. It keeps the record — judgment stays with your professionals.
