What Oh My Registry is — and is not

Oh My Registry is do-it-yourself corporate-records software with AI assistance, operated by Oh My HQ Ltd. and used by accounting firms to maintain their clients' corporate records. It is not a law firm, provides no legal services or legal advice, and using it creates no solicitor-client relationship. Matters requiring legal judgment are deliberately out of scope: the software captures facts and produces referral briefs for legal counsel instead of drafting those instruments.

The firm operates the software

Firms are responsible for the accuracy of the records they keep, for reviewing every generated document and every AI suggestion before relying on it, for their professional obligations to their clients, and for obtaining their clients' consent to keep records here. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; the platform requires human review by design.

Accounts, plans and fees

Plans are per-firm with the limits shown on the pricing page. Fees are in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST. Firms can export their data at any time (registers, reports, documents and compiled minute books).

Your data

Each firm owns the records it keeps. We host them, isolate them from every other firm, and protect them as described in the Privacy Policy. Statutory records are append-only by design: corrections are recorded as new entries, not silent edits.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access another firm's data, defeat the audit trail, misuse the e-signature engine, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants' data at risk.

Availability & support

We run the platform to professional standards and publish known issues in-app, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Statutory deadlines are your firm's responsibility — the platform tracks them; it does not file on your behalf. Support requests go to support@ohmyregistry.com.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, firm owners are notified in-app and asked to re-accept. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance. The current version is always at this page.

Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Questions go to Oh My HQ Ltd. at support@ohmyregistry.com.
