How it works

One company's year, start to finish.

This is the loop the software runs for every company you put on it — the same loop, whether you keep one company or three hundred.

  1. 01

Put the company on the record.

Name, jurisdiction, incorporation date, year-end, share classes, directors, shareholders — one form, from the minute book you already have.

    What's recorded

The company's own dates — the inputs every later deadline and document is computed from.

  2. 02

    The year's work appears.

Every recurring obligation is computed from the company's own dates and lands on the work board with a due date and a checklist. Assign each filing to a person and see who's on what. Statuses move to due and overdue on their own.

    What's recorded

Who took each item, when it moved, and what evidence closed it.

    Draft, sign, record.

Resolutions and consents draft from proven templates, filled from the record. Signers e-sign on any device; every signature carries its evidence — time, IP, document hash — and a completion certificate. When you file with the registry, you record it here and the deadline is satisfied with the proof attached.

    What's recorded

The finalized instrument, each signature's evidence, the completion certificate, the filing's confirmation number and receipt.

The register entries, the minute-book PDF, the quote and invoice — all linked to the work that produced them.

Behind on filings?

If a company is three years behind, the missed periods appear as overdue work — not blank history. You start from the truth.

How do deadlines actually work?

Each company's recurring obligations are computed from its own dates — incorporation date and year-end — and appear as work items with due dates: annual returns for federal, BC, Alberta and Ontario companies, plus the CRA T2 return and T2 balance-due dates. Each deadline repeats year after year and closes when you mark it filed, keeping the confirmation number and receipt as proof. Statuses move to due and overdue on their own.
