How we estimate savings
"Estimated savings" compares doing routine annual corporate maintenance yourself in Oh My Registry with paying a law firm to do it. The basis is the same typical range the site has always used: a law firm charging $200 – $500 per company per year for this routine work.
- Per company: a law firm's $200 – $500 minus what one company costs in the band.
- For your book: your company count × $200 – $500, minus the band price.
Worked example — 4 companies costs $45 a year (the 1-company band plus 3 additional companies). A law firm at the typical range would charge roughly $800 – $2,000 for the same routine work, so the estimated savings are roughly $755 – $1,955 a year.
What the estimate excludes: your own time doing the work, and filing fees registries charge — you pay those either way. Your real savings depend on how your provider prices the work.

Do e-signatures cost extra?
No. The e-signature engine is native — unlimited signing in every band, with evidence records (IP, device, time, document hash) and completion certificates.
